Hello GMCA Members and City Clerks!

As you are probably aware, GMCA has the pleasure of hosting of the 2024 IIMC Region III Conference next February 27-March 1.  The Georgia Municipal Clerks Association will be hosting this conference in Columbus, Georgia.  Please mark your calendars!  Some of you have asked for pricing information so that you can include this event in your 2024 budget.  The registration fee is $395 and the nightly hotel room rate is $169 plus taxes, and includes breakfast each morning.  To make this conference successful, we will need your help in a variety of ways, so be on the lookout for additional emails detailing how you can become involved.

To make the IIMC Region III Conference outstanding, we will rely heavily on Vendor and Sponsor revenue.  In this link, you will find a copy of the Vendor and Sponsorship form.  We are asking for your help in sharing this information with companies that do business with your city.  Examples are software companies, regional accounting firms and banks, engineering firms, office supply companies, voting equipment suppliers, etc., etc.  You can also reach out to national companies that are headquartered in your city like Kia, Aflac, NCR, WestRock, Chick-fil-a, Coca Cola, UPS, etc.  If every city clerk got just one sponsor or vender, we’d be able to really show out! 

The Conference will attract approximately 150 - 200 clerks from Alabama, Florida, Georgia and North and South Carolina.  If you or any of your potential vendors or sponsors have additional questions, please reach out to me at jpeidson57@gmail.com, or 404-227-0534.
