At the 2024 GCEI Conference held this year in Athens, Georgia, the Georgia Municipal Clerks Association presented a token of appreciation and recognition to GMA’s very own Pam Helton (Pictured with GMCA president Deborah Walker-Reed), for her assistance with the IIMC Region III Conference held this year.
