Midway City Clerk Lynette Cook-Osborne was named the 2025 Clerk of the Year by the Georgia Municipal Clerks Association during the GMA Annual Convention on Monday, June 23, 2025.

Although the national observance took place last week, from May 5 to May 9, the governor’s proclamation reaffirms the state’s commitment to honoring the essential work of municipal clerks across Georgia’s cities and towns.
