For more than 25 years, Pam gave her heart to local government, and for over two decades she gave it to GMA. Cities across Georgia were lucky to have her. She brought deep knowledge, steady guidance, and a caring spirit to everyone she served.

As a Senior Member Services Consultant, Pam walked alongside municipalities in areas like city administration, financial management, revenue administration, utilities, elections, and operational reviews. Her commitment to service was evident in everything she did. She was passionate about helping cities succeed, and she made sure they had the tools, resources, and support they needed to thrive. Many city leaders came to see her not only as a trusted advisor but as a friend. She also served as Business Manager for the Georgia Municipal Clerks Association.

Thank you, Pam, for your years of dedication and kindness. You will be deeply missed, and we wish you all the best in this next chapter.
